About Me

For decades as a technology director I thought of yoga as a fun way to exercise and ease my chronic back pain.  And of course, it is.  But that's just the start. With consistency, over time, the real power of yoga is subtle. Seemingly without trying, just-the-right habits form.  Patterns of balance follow you off the mat.  You find yourself responding  vs. reacting when life throws a curveball.  Less frustrated and stressed, more calm. Less worn out, more comfortable. From that place creative solutions unfold with much more ease. I am passionate about helping you live your best life.
