About Celia

Celia began practicing yoga in 2008, and quickly noticed that it felt different than anything she had ever done before; yoga created a sense of calm, comfort and clarity that was new to her. Celia continues to practice, and study, in the lineage of Viniyoga, guided by her primary teacher and mentor Chase Bossart, a long time student of Mr. TKV Desikachar.

Additionally, Celia studies Vedic Chanting through the Krishnamacharya Yoga Mandiram in Chennai, India. Celia is an avid knitter, a lover of dogs and in pre-COVID times enjoyed performing with the Twin Cities Choral Group. She regularly stands in amazement at the power of yoga, having seen incredible improvements happen for her clients.

Your task is not to seek for love, but merely to seek and find all the barriers within you that you have built against it.
