Recently many of us have taken on the role of caregiver, and this provides a unique set of challenges. Whether you are caring for an ill/aging relative or client, or have been managing small children at home during COVID, the symptoms may look like this: anxiety, depression, irritability, loss of energy or joy, overreacting to minor nuisances, difficulty concentrating, feelings of resentment, trouble sleeping, neglecting your own needs.

The tools of yoga have been shown to help us change, not only our perspective, but also our state. Join us for an eight week session where you will learn the tools to reduce stress, find more joy, improve boundaries, and re-discover the satisfaction of providing service to others.

We will use asana- or physical postures, along with breathwork, meditation and sound to help us regain balance. All levels are welcome, adjustments can be made for physical limitations. This class is currently being offered virtually.
